The program spans three semesters built to support instructors at different stages of their careers. You begin in the one that best fits your experience and goals.

Foundations Semester
Build your foundation.

For instructors completing teacher training, newly certified instructors, or professionals transitioning into Pilates. Builds a strong foundation in teaching, communication, programming, movement analysis, and confidence.

Professional Semester
Refine your practice.

For instructors actively teaching private sessions or group classes who want to strengthen programming, cueing, communication, clinical reasoning, and overall teaching effectiveness.

Educator Semester
Lead the next generation.

For experienced instructors, educators, mentors, and studio owners looking to expand leadership skills, strengthen mentorship abilities, refine advanced programming, and keep growing as movement professionals.

An admissions questionnaire helps us understand your background so we can recommend the best starting point for you.
